01 Acceptance of Terms

Opening Cyber Hunt — Data Chase means you accept these Terms of Use in full. They govern every session you play.

02 What the Game Is

⚠️ Cyber Hunt — Data Chase is a free casual browser game. It has no connection to gambling, betting, real-money gaming, or prize-based services. Data packets, cores, and keys collected in-game have no real-world monetary value.

03 License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include any right to:

Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or any of its content.
Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Game's code.
Use the Game's content, assets, or branding in any other product or service.

04 Game Content

All code, graphics, audio, and content comprising Cyber Hunt are protected intellectual property belonging to their respective creators. No artifact, scroll, or visual element acquired in the Game has any real-world monetary value.

05 Fair Play

You agree to play the Game fairly and lawfully. You will not:

Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, or unauthorized third-party software to manipulate scores.
Attempt to interfere with the Game's normal operation or compromise its security.
Use the Game in any way that could harm other users or third parties.

06 No Real-Money Gambling

Cyber Hunt contains zero gambling mechanics. No wagering takes place. No loot boxes tied to real money exist. No real prizes are offered. Your score is your only metric of success.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Cyber Hunt development team disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game — including loss of progress, data, or device performance.

09 Age Requirement

Cyber Hunt is appropriate for players of all ages. If you are under the age of 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country), please obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the Game.

10 Changes to the Game and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time without prior notice. These Terms may also be updated occasionally — the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Game if these Terms are violated or if the Game is used in a way that is harmful to others, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of applicable consumer-protection and copyright law. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith communication before any legal action is taken.
